This dress does have a stretch to it it. It is a two piece set. It includes the black leather like corset made out of pvc. It hooks up the front and lace up back. It is made from a heavy pvc and has lightly padded cup forms. The corset will give up to a 2 inch waist reduction. The skirting is so fabulous! Constructed with shimmer stretch fabric and is my tightest fitting dress. If you have questions about the sizing, please ask! The Dress is meant to flare out just below the knee. This way you can walk properly. The tulle coming out from the bottom of the dress is all black with a modesty top layer with zebra. The back of the dress has a longer train in the tulle to give it a little extra drama! This listing also comes with the matching mane. It simply bobby pins into your hair. It is extremely light weight and truly makes the dress!
